Investors risk mitigation

All loans are sourced directly using our origination model and weighted algorithms to screen developers. They ensure that the independently verified profit margins meet our minimum lending criteria (MLC) before any applications can be considered further. All due diligence is carried out directly by our risk management team. 

Due diligence and exit of loans

All borrowers are interviewed personally after meeting our Investment Director who will also conduct a site visit and analysis of the opportunity. Super-Mezz uses a structured formula to mitigate risk which is unique within the mezzanine loans market and avoids the requirement to rely on realising the full gross development value (GDV) to exit and repay capital to our investor interest.
