Chief Operating Officer
Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience working in public, private and third sector multi-disciplinary corporate industries in Senior Leadership and Director roles. Charlotte is also a Chartered member of the CIPD and specialises in contract and employment law, strategic and operational leadership.

Jason Way
Senior Director & Head of Capital Markets
Our Programme Director has 25 years of experience in strategic and immediate land acquisition, housing projects, mixed-use investment/development, and primary BTR project delivery for clients such as Legal and General. He’s consulted for major UK real estate clients, investment funds, and Housebuilders like Barratt and St Modwen. Jason is also experienced in land purchase, agency, planning, and development negotiations. He has an extensive network of contacts and clients in the UK’s real estate, development, legal, debt advisory, and investment sectors, gained during senior positions with financial services companies.
Matt Harrison
Project Manager
Matt is a dedicated Project Manager with a Business Degree. He manages business development activities, client relationships and client-facing due diligence. Matt also manages projects such as the development of business tools and upgrading business capabilities.
Heather Critchlow
Client Relationship Director
Our Client Relationship Director has over 15 years experience in real estate development & conversions having managed her own projects alongside helping other property developers with their own projects. Heather has also held senior positions in her corporate career having managed a global team and supply chain delivering multi million pound global strategies and savings. Heather is responsible for acquiring and maintaining investor relations.
